InĀ Pyrrhic, the first to win 2 Battles wins the game. Each Battle has several Skirmishes. If you win a Skirmish, take all the cards and try to form melds. First to 4 melds wins the Battle. But be careful: if you have 7 or more cards that canāt meld, you lose the Battle!
A small run of under 100 copies of Pyrrhic was self-published for the 2025 PAX Unplugged Indie Night Market. Therefore it did not undergo the extensive development and testing most games go through before release. As such, the following clarifications are necessary for the rules:
ā¢ Wild numbers are not wild for melds - only for Skirmish results
ā¢ Display a new Wild number only after each shuffle (before each Battle), not before each Skirmish
